Accept Terms
By using the cricfy website or mobile platform, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any services on this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and fully entitled to use cricfy under applicable law.
Account Creation & Security
To register with cricfy, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all may be suspended and balances forfeited.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your login password and account details confidential.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
- Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- Submission of identity documents for account verification may be required.
Cricfy reserves the right to immediately close any account created using false information.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the cricfy platform, you are required to comply with the following rules:
- Do not engage in any fraudulent or manipulative activity.
- Using software bots, automated scripts, or any other automation for betting is prohibited.
- Exploiting technical glitches on the platform is strictly prohibited; we reserve the right to void any winnings arising from such incidents.
- Do not harass, offend, or act unlawfully toward other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on cricfy are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following mobile banking methods are available for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major bank transfers.
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 — each transaction must be made from the account holder's own payment method.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals will not be processed until your account has been fully verified.
- Bonus terms: Bonus balances are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
- Suspicious transactions: Unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold.
Cricfy is not liable for any technical errors or delays in payment processing. We reserve the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Cricfy provides its services on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons.
Cricfy is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming. Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the cricfy website are the intellectual property of cricfy. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Account Policy & Third Parties
Cricfy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- In cases of terms violations.
- In cases of false information or identity fraud.
- In cases of suspicious betting activity or fraud.
- For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically more than 12 months).
- At the user's own request.
Our platform may include third-party services or links. cricfy is not responsible for the content or actions of these third parties. Users access such services at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Cricfy reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or platform notifications.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
